Pilot scope
YugYug is currently an invite-only local pilot focused on music gear barter and related feedback.
Person responsible for the protection of personal information
In accordance with Law 25, the person responsible for the protection of personal information for YugYug is:
YugYug stores the account, listing, messaging, transaction, and pilot-feedback data needed to run the local barter marketplace. We keep the MVP data model intentionally narrow and avoid exposing more profile information than the product needs.
We use marketplace data to power listings, messaging, exchange coordination, moderation, support, and lightweight product analytics for the invite-only pilot. We do not use a CMS or third-party ad network to manage these core surfaces.
Public surfaces (leaderboard, profiles) display only pseudonyms (Display Names). No personal identifiable information is exposed to third parties without your explicit consent.
Invite-only pilot operations may review reports, support requests, moderation actions, and feedback to keep the marketplace safe. We maintain an incident register as required by law.
